Field to Flour: Experience the entire process of turning wheat into flour. See demonstrations of cutting and flailing of wheat, an explanation of grinding wheat into flour and the making of bread, or other food productions.

Fleece to Fabric: Visit the Norfolk Fibre Arts Guild at the Mercantile Building as they give demonstrations on spinning wool into yarn and weaving their yarn into beautiful fabric creations.
